Through the RainWise program, the City of Seattle offers rebates to residents in designated neighboroods to offset a portion of the cost of installing a rain garden and/or cistern. In some cases, the rebate can cover up to 100% of the installation cost. Trillium Design been designing rain gardens since 2013 and is on the approved contractor list with the RainWise program.
